Jenn

Born and raised in the United States, I entered the dental hygiene profession in 2011. I received my degree in Dental Hygiene Sciences from Grand Rapids Community College, and in 2013, completed training in Local Anesthesia at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. I moved to Edmonton in 2013, where I successfully wrote the Canadian board exams a year later. I have seen many styles of dental practices in both the United States and Canada, and am happy to consider MAK Dental my dental home, as I am both a team member AND patient of the office. It is TRULY an honor to work with and know such a dedicated and caring team of dental professionals. I love meeting our patients and building new friendships while doing my best to care for their dental hygiene needs. Outside of dentistry, I can be found caring for 5 cats, bird watching, creating vertical gardens around the patio during the warmer months, and reading subjects of biography and history. I consider Edmonton one of the best cities I have ever lived in and enjoy the beauty of the river valley year round.
